You will lead a product vertical for an AI-native financial platform, managing strategy, technical design, and delivery. The position requires balancing AI innovation with the strict reliability and regulatory standards necessary for handling real money in payments, trading, and insurance.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical strategy, roadmap, priorities and delivery end-to-end
- Shape technical design for APIs, data flows, ledgering and security
- Drive trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost and regulatory needs
- Integrate KYC, transaction monitoring and privacy into product features
- Apply AI with clear evaluation, safeguards and human oversight
- Manage launches involving regulatory approvals and third-party partners
- Align Engineering, Design, Compliance and Operations on product decisions
What you'll need
- 5+ years product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs and distributed systems
- Ability to review and contribute to technical designs with engineers
- Experience in payments, banking, trading or regulated fintech domains
- Skill in making trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI, including reliability evaluation
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration

- Engineering or highly technical product background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM products
