You will define strategy and roadmaps for financial products, ensuring correctness in money movement and safe AI integration. The position requires close collaboration with engineering, compliance, and operations to ship features that meet strict regulatory standards.
What you'll do
- Own product verticals including metrics, backlog prioritization, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with engineering on system boundaries, ledgering, and failure paths
- Make trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, reliability, and user experience
- Treat regulatory constraints like KYC and data residency as primary product inputs
- Define AI decision boundaries, evaluation methods, and human-in-the-loop protocols
- Coordinate with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations, and Finance teams
What you'll need
- Significant experience owning complex technical products end-to-end
- Strong system design knowledge including APIs, datastores, and concurrency
- Ability to read and challenge technical design documents without writing code
- Experience in regulated domains such as payments, banking, or insurance
- Hands-on experience with LLM-based products and evaluation frameworks
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration
Nice to have
- Background as an engineer or highly technical product manager
- Experience shipping zero-to-one AI-heavy consumer products
- Defined evaluation metrics for machine learning systems
- Experience in the Southeast Asia market
