You will own a product vertical for BJAK's AI Neobank Superapp, covering payments, remittance, insurance, wealth, and trading. This position requires balancing AI innovation with the strict reliability and regulatory standards necessary for moving real money.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical strategy, metrics, roadmap, and delivery end-to-end
- Shape technical design regarding APIs, data flows, ledgering, and security
- Drive trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and regulatory needs
- Integrate KYC, transaction monitoring, and privacy into product features
- Apply AI with clear evaluation, safeguards, and human oversight
- Manage external dependencies like regulatory approvals and financial rails
- Align Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations on launch goals
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
- Ability to review and contribute to technical designs with engineers
- Experience in regulated domains like payments, banking, or insurance
- Strong judgment for making trade-offs under technical constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI products including reliability checks
- Fluent English communication skills for global collaboration
Nice to have
- Engineering or highly technical product background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM products
