You will drive the development of financial products including payments, remittance, insurance, and wealth management. The position requires balancing technical design, regulatory compliance, and AI integration to build reliable and trusted financial tools.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical strategy, roadmap, priorities and delivery
- Shape technical design for APIs, data flows and security
- Balance correctness, speed, cost and regulatory needs
- Integrate KYC, transaction monitoring and privacy requirements
- Apply AI with safeguards and clear evaluation metrics
- Manage dependencies like regulatory approvals and partners
- Align engineering, compliance and operations teams
What you'll need
- 5+ years managing complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture and APIs
- Experience collaborating closely with engineers
- Background in payments, banking or regulated fintech
- Ability to make trade-offs under constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI products
- Strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Engineering or highly technical background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech products
- Defining evaluation frameworks for ML products
