KIRA is expanding its leading insurance platform into a comprehensive AI Neobank Superapp covering payments, remittance, wealth, and trading. As a Technical Product Manager, you will own a product vertical from strategy to launch, ensuring reliability and regulatory compliance while leveraging AI where it adds genuine value.
You will collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams to build trusted financial tools. The role demands a strong technical foundation to shape system architecture and make critical trade-offs between speed, cost, and correctness in a high-consequence domain.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical end-to-end including strategy, roadmap, and delivery
- Shape technical design across APIs, data flows, ledgering, and security
- Drive trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and regulatory needs
- Integrate KYC, transaction monitoring, and privacy requirements into product
- Apply AI with clear evaluation, safeguards, and human oversight mechanisms
- Manage external dependencies like regulatory approvals and financial rails
- Align Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations on product decisions
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong technical foundation in system architecture, APIs, and databases
- Experience collaborating with engineers on technical designs and reviews
- Background in payments, banking, insurance, or other regulated fintech domains
- Ability to make difficult trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI products including reliability evaluation
- Strong English communication skills for global distributed team collaboration
Nice to have
- Engineering or highly technical product background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM-powered products
