You will define strategy and drive delivery for a financial product where reliability and regulatory compliance are critical. The position requires balancing technical design with business outcomes, ensuring AI is applied effectively while maintaining strict control over deterministic systems.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical strategy, roadmap, and delivery metrics
- Collaborate with engineering on APIs, data flows, and security
- Balance trade-offs between speed, cost, and regulatory needs
- Integrate KYC, privacy, and licensing requirements into products
- Apply AI with safeguards, evaluation, and human oversight
- Manage launches involving regulatory approvals and partners
- Align cross-functional teams on product decisions
What you'll need
- 5+ years managing complex technical products
- Strong grasp of system architecture and distributed systems
- Experience reviewing and contributing to technical designs
- Background in payments, banking, or regulated fintech
- Ability to make trade-offs under strict constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI products
- Fluent English communication skills
Nice to have
- Engineering or highly technical background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech products
- Defining evaluation frameworks for ML products
