You will lead a product vertical for an AI-native financial platform, balancing technical design with regulatory compliance and user experience. The position requires close collaboration with engineering, compliance, and operations to deliver reliable, auditable financial tools.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical strategy, roadmap, priorities, and delivery end-to-end
- Shape technical design regarding APIs, data flows, ledgering, and security
- Balance trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and regulatory needs
- Integrate KYC, transaction monitoring, and privacy requirements into the product
- Apply AI with clear evaluation, safeguards, and human oversight mechanisms
- Coordinate with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Finance for launches
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong technical foundation in system architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience collaborating with engineers on technical designs and challenges
- Background in payments, banking, trading, or other regulated fintech domains
- Ability to make difficult trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI, including reliability and evaluation
Nice to have
- Engineering or highly technical product background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM-powered products
