KIRA is expanding its financial platform beyond insurance into spending, saving, and investing with an AI-native stockbroking superapp. This role requires managing complex technical products where reliability, regulatory compliance, and correct money handling are critical.
You will define strategy, shape technical design, and drive delivery while balancing AI capabilities with deterministic system controls. The position demands strong collaboration with engineering, compliance, and operations teams across different time zones.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical strategy, metrics, roadmap, and delivery end-to-end
- Shape technical design regarding APIs, data flows, ledgering, and security
- Drive trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and regulatory needs
- Integrate KYC, transaction monitoring, and privacy requirements into products
- Apply AI with clear evaluation, safeguards, and human oversight mechanisms
- Manage external dependencies like regulatory approvals and financial rails
- Align engineering, design, compliance, and operations on launch requirements
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, databases, and distributed systems
- Experience collaborating with engineers on technical design reviews
- Background in payments, banking, remittance, insurance, or trading domains
- Ability to make difficult trade-offs under regulatory and operational constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI products including reliability evaluation
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration

- Engineering or highly technical product background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM-powered products
