You will manage a product vertical for an AI-native financial platform, handling payments, trading, and insurance. The position requires balancing technical design, regulatory compliance, and user experience to build reliable, auditable financial tools.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical strategy, roadmap, priorities, and delivery metrics
- Collaborate with engineering on APIs, data flows, ledgering, and security
- Balance trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and reliability
- Integrate regulatory requirements like KYC and transaction monitoring
- Apply AI features with clear evaluation, safeguards, and human oversight
- Manage external dependencies including regulatory approvals and partners
- Align cross-functional teams such as Compliance, Operations, and Finance
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong technical foundation in system architecture, APIs, and databases
- Experience working closely with engineers on technical designs
- Background in payments, banking, trading, or regulated fintech domains
- Ability to make difficult trade-offs under regulatory and operational constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI products, including reliability checks
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration

- Engineering or highly technical product background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM products
