You will manage a product vertical for an AI-native financial platform, balancing technical design with regulatory compliance and user experience. The position requires close collaboration with engineering, compliance, and operations to deliver reliable, auditable financial tools.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical strategy, roadmap, priorities, and delivery metrics
- Shape technical design for APIs, data flows, ledgering, and security
- Balance trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and reliability
- Integrate regulatory requirements like KYC and transaction monitoring
- Apply AI with safeguards, human oversight, and clear evaluation methods
- Coordinate with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Finance teams
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience collaborating with engineers on technical designs
- Background in payments, banking, trading, or regulated fintech domains
- Ability to make trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI, including reliability assessment
Nice to have
- Engineering or highly technical product background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM products
