Sonar is evolving from a data utility into critical AI infrastructure for agentic commerce. As the Technical Product Manager, you will own the product roadmap, focusing on secure collaboration, identity verification, and governed intelligence for financial institutions.
You will bridge the gap between engineering, legal, and business teams to build scalable infrastructure that helps organizations fight fraud and money laundering in real time. The role requires deep technical fluency and experience with regulated data environments.
What you'll do
- Own the Sonar roadmap and core infrastructure layers
- Define secure channels for institutional collaboration on fraud
- Manage verified, auditable access for institutions and agents
- Translate regulatory constraints into product requirements
- Write technical specifications and integration playbooks
- Partner with Engineering on data and platform architecture
- Track success metrics like adoption and response rates
- Collaborate with Sales to onboard new institutions
What you'll need
- 6+ years of product management experience
- 3+ years in fintech, payments, or financial crime
- Experience shipping APIs or developer-facing products
- Hands-on experience with AI agents and infrastructure
- Working knowledge of fraud, AML, and investigations
- Familiarity with regulations like 314(b), GLBA, or FCRA
- Strong analytical skills and ability to query data
- Clear communication with engineers and executives
Nice to have
- Experience with consortium or data cooperative products
- Background in entity resolution or graph investigation
- Prior work at a bank or compliance technology vendor
