The role involves partnering with client teams to align engineering efforts with business goals. You may also advise on Gen AI initiatives and collaborate with internal resources to scale development capabilities effectively.
What you'll do
- Serve as Fractional CTO for high-growth tech companies
- Align engineering strategy with business and product goals
- Build or refine engineering structures and hiring plans
- Partner with founders to drive clarity and innovation
- Lead or advise on Gen AI opportunity mapping and pilots
- Collaborate with internal teams to augment delivery capacity
What you'll need
- Based in the U.S. or Latin America
- 10+ years in software or product engineering
- 3+ years in technical leadership roles
- Experience scaling teams in startup environments
- Strong executive communication and presence
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Nice to have
- Experience with real-world AI implementation
- Curiosity about emerging AI technologies
How you'll work
- Fully remote within US or LATAM
- Part-time / Fractional contract
- Engagements range from 10 to 40 hours/month
