Join BJAK as a UI Designer focused on creating intuitive, high-performing interfaces for mobile and web financial products. You will work closely with product managers and engineers to transform requirements into polished designs that make insurance, payments, and investments feel simple and trustworthy.
This position demands a strong focus on visual quality, interaction details, and usability within a mobile-first context. You will help evolve the design system and ensure consistency across all platforms while iterating based on user feedback and analytics.
What you'll do
- Design user-centric interfaces for mobile and web financial products
- Convert product requirements into wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity UI
- Create intuitive experiences for insurance, payments, and investments
- Maintain and evolve the design system for cross-product consistency
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Iterate designs using user feedback, analytics, and usability testing
- Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and visual consistency across devices
What you'll need
- 2–5 years of experience designing digital products, focusing on mobile
- Strong portfolio showing visual design, interaction, and UI craftsmanship
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and modern design workflows
- Deep understanding of mobile-first principles and iOS/Android guidelines
- Solid grasp of UX principles, information architecture, and user-centered design
- Ability to simplify complex user journeys into intuitive interfaces
- High attention to detail regarding visual hierarchy, typography, and spacing
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration
