Join Sardine as a User Acceptance Testing Analyst to ensure the quality of their fraud prevention platform. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to execute test plans for APIs, dashboards, and mobile SDKs, helping secure trust for major financial clients.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define user requirements and acceptance criteria
- Design and execute test cases for dashboards, APIs, and mobile SDKs
- Identify, document, and track defects until resolution
- Perform regression testing to protect existing functionality
- Conduct root cause analysis on system failures or defects
- Maintain documentation for test scripts and QA reports
- Support release management and troubleshoot cloud deployment issues
What you'll need
- 3+ years in user acceptance or functional testing at banks or fintechs
- Experience supporting B2B SaaS products or banking infrastructure
- Strong understanding of web technologies, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
- Proficiency with SQL including joins and multi-table queries
- Knowledge of REST APIs and tools like Postman
- Ability to write Evals for AI products
- Skill in creating structured test plans and manual test scripts
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
