inBeat seeks a Team Lead to manage design and video editing operations for their Performance Creative unit. This role focuses on scaling production quality and speed by establishing efficient workflows and bridging the gap between creative strategy and final output.
You will report to the Director of Performance Creative and work with a global team to deliver high-impact ads for major brands. The position requires strong leadership skills, design expertise, and proficiency in modern AI content tools.
What you'll do
- Manage design and video teams to maintain quality and support professional growth
- Develop scalable systems for briefs, handoffs, QA, and capacity planning
- Align creative strategy with production to ensure fast and frictionless execution
- Define and monitor KPIs for speed, quality, and revision metrics
- Implement and systematize AI tools for design, editing, and content generation
- Stay updated on paid social trends to guide future creative directions
What you'll need
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Strong design portfolio demonstrating taste and systems thinking
- Proven experience leading or managing creative teams
- Track record of building and maintaining effective creative processes
- Practical familiarity with AI content creation tools
Nice to have
- Background in UX design
- Hands-on motion design and video editing skills
- Agency experience producing paid social creative at volume
- Solid understanding of Paid Media principles
