As VP of Product Management, you will own the active roadmap and delivery execution for Stellar’s product squads, covering Total Cost of Care, EHR integrations, and the Data Platform. You will build and lead a team of four Product Managers, ensuring high-quality shipping and disciplined planning.
This role acts as the connective tissue across Design, Engineering, Operations, and Growth. You will establish roadmapping processes, manage capacity tracking, and drive the adoption of new capabilities while supporting the company’s mission to improve patient health outcomes.
What you'll do
- Own day-to-day delivery for four independently run product squads
- Hire, coach, and retain a high-performing team of Product Managers
- Build and run the roadmapping process with OKR traceability
- Track capacity and proactively mitigate execution risks
- Coordinate with Design and Engineering to ensure consistent shipping
- Partner with Marketing and Ops to drive feature adoption
- Align Technical Implementations and Analytics with product squads
What you'll need
- At least 12 years of experience in product, tech, or healthcare
- Minimum 6 years specifically in product management roles
- At least 5 years of people management experience
- Experience managing a multi-person Product Management team
- Proven track record running roadmap governance across multiple teams
- Ability to hold PMs accountable without deep domain expertise in every squad
- Comfortable operating without formal authority over adjacent functions
Nice to have
- Background in healthcare or health-tech industry
- Experience with value-based care models
- Familiarity with EHR integration projects
