You will transform AI strategy into production reality by designing and shipping intelligent tooling that automates complex workflows. Working within cross-functional teams, you will leverage modern AI frameworks to solve high-stakes business problems and empower internal partners to adopt AI-first practices.
What you'll do
- Prototype and ship production-grade AI agents using tools like Cursor and Claude Code
- Lead discovery sessions to translate manual processes into technical specifications
- Build secure integrations between SaaS stack and custom AI services
- Implement monitoring, guardrails, and evaluation frameworks for compliance
- Create reusable playbooks and documentation to enable team adoption
What you'll need
- 5+ years of professional engineering experience shipping production code
- Expertise with LLM APIs and agent frameworks like LangGraph or Claude SDK
- Experience with developer tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or MCP servers
- Knowledge of REST APIs, SQL data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure
- Product mindset with ability to identify friction points and design solutions
