Join Doit to develop the Android application for their AI-driven finance platform, which aims to simplify spending, saving, and investing. You will collaborate with product and design teams to deliver reliable mobile features for insurance, payments, and claims.
The team focuses on high-performance, secure, and user-friendly interfaces that leverage AI where it genuinely enhances the customer journey. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of Android features, from integration to performance optimization.
What you'll do
- Build and ship Android features using Kotlin and modern architecture
- Design clean mobile flows for insurance, payments, and financial services
- Collaborate with product and design to simplify complex user journeys
- Integrate backend APIs ensuring stability, security, and reliability
- Optimize app performance, memory usage, and loading states
- Use analytics and production data to drive product improvements
- Implement AI-assisted experiences where they add genuine value
What you'll need
- 3+ years of Android development experience with Kotlin
- Strong fundamentals in shipping production-grade mobile apps
- Proficiency with Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow, and modern architecture
- Solid understanding of mobile UX, usability, and edge cases
- Experience integrating REST APIs and debugging live issues
- High ownership mindset with attention to product quality
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration
Nice to have
- Portfolio with App links, GitHub repos, or screenshots of shipped work
- Experience with TensorFlow Lite for on-device inference
- Background in simplifying complex financial products
