The team values fast execution, product quality, and reliable mobile performance. You will collaborate with product and design teams to simplify complex user journeys and integrate backend APIs securely.
What you'll do
- Build and ship Android features using Kotlin
- Create clean mobile flows for insurance and payments
- Collaborate with product and design to simplify user journeys
- Integrate backend APIs ensuring stability and security
- Improve app performance, crash rates, and memory usage
- Use analytics and production data to enhance the product
- Implement AI-assisted features where they add value
What you'll need
- 3+ years of Android development experience with Kotlin
- Strong Android fundamentals and production app experience
- Knowledge of Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow, and modern architecture
- Strong sense of mobile UX, usability, and edge cases
- Experience integrating REST APIs and debugging issues
- Fast execution with high ownership and attention to quality
- Strong English communication skills
