You will join BJAK's global team to develop the Android application for their AI-driven finance platform. The work focuses on delivering reliable features for insurance, payments, and savings while ensuring smooth user journeys and robust performance.
What you'll do
- Build and ship Android features using Kotlin
- Design clean flows for insurance and payments
- Collaborate with product and design teams
- Integrate backend APIs for stable performance
- Optimize app speed, memory usage and crash rates
- Use analytics to enhance product quality
- Implement AI-assisted features where useful
What you'll need
- 3+ years of Android development with Kotlin
- Strong fundamentals in shipping production apps
- Proficiency in Jetpack, Coroutines and Flow
- Solid understanding of mobile UX and usability
- Experience integrating REST APIs
- Ability to debug production issues effectively
- Strong English communication skills

- Portfolio of shipped work or GitHub examples
