Join Doit to develop the native Android experience for an AI-driven neobank application. You will collaborate with product and design teams to simplify complex financial journeys, ensuring high performance and stability for real customers.
The team aims to make finance smart, accessible, and safe by leveraging AI where it genuinely improves user experience. This position requires strong ownership and a focus on shipping reliable mobile features.
What you'll do
- Build and ship Android features using Kotlin
- Create clean flows for insurance, payments, and claims
- Simplify complex user journeys with product and design
- Integrate backend APIs for stable and secure mobile flows
- Improve app performance, crash rates, and memory usage
- Use analytics and production issues to enhance the product
- Implement AI-assisted experiences where they add value
What you'll need
- 3+ years of Android development experience with Kotlin
- Strong fundamentals and experience shipping production apps
- Knowledge of Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow, and modern architecture
- Strong sense of mobile UX, usability, and edge cases
- Experience integrating REST APIs and debugging issues
- Fast execution with high ownership and attention to quality
- Strong English communication skills
