Join the Finance team as an Associate Reporting Analyst to provide accurate data and business insights across the organization. You will design monitoring systems, support Sales and Marketing teams, and enforce data governance standards to maintain integrity during a period of rapid growth.
What you'll do
- Design and monitor scalable systems for business analysis and data recording
- Provide analytical support to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
- Enforce data governance standards and best practices to ensure integrity
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and offer data-driven recommendations
What you'll need
- Solid knowledge of SQL is required for this position
- 3-4 years of experience in a related data or analytics field
- Ability to interpret large datasets and produce concise reports
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience with DBT and Snowflake is valuable
- Familiarity with Salesforce platforms is a plus
