As the single-threaded owner for the platform roadmap, you will oversee operations including vendor integrations, identity management, and core services. You will collaborate with product leaders and SRE partners to ensure security, reliability, and scalability while building a high-performing organization through mentorship and strategic hiring.
What you'll do
- Define and drive the platform roadmap aligned with business goals
- Partner with Product and SRE teams to ensure platform reliability
- Lead development of data pipelines and vendor data integration
- Deliver platform services and public APIs for tenant management
- Oversee developer productivity tooling and CI/CD systems
- Hire, develop, and grow a team of platform and data engineers
- Drive adoption of AI across the development lifecycle
What you'll need
- 15+ years in software development, preferably in cybersecurity
- At least 5 years of people management experience leading teams
- Proven experience leading Platform Engineering at Director level
- 5+ years working with large-scale AWS cloud solutions
- Experience with Postgres, Elastic, Redis, and streaming data
- Hands-on experience architecting complex data platforms
- Deep knowledge of CI/CD and data pipeline orchestration
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
