The company's Compose team is driving product strategy and revenue growth by leveraging AI technology. As Engineering Manager, you will guide the transition of their AI-native product from early access to a reliable, daily-use tool for customers.
This is a hands-on leadership position where you will set technical standards, review code, and maintain a sustainable pace for a high-performing remote team. You will partner with Product and Design to define the roadmap based on user feedback and data.
What you'll do
- Hire, coach, and manage full-stack engineers through regular feedback and performance reviews.
- Own end-to-end delivery with a focus on rapid experimentation and reliability.
- Collaborate with Product and Design to prioritize the roadmap using customer data.
