Lead the Data Streaming sub-team within Data Ingestion at the company, responsible for collecting and routing raw data for the NodeZero autonomous pentesting platform. You will grow the team to six or seven engineers, ensuring pipeline reliability and scalability as the company expands.
What you'll do
- Lead engineering execution and team health for the Data Streaming sub-team
- Own SLOs for ingestion throughput, latency, and error rates
- Build on-call processes and runbooks to maintain production pipeline health
