Join Linro as a Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge the gap between product engineering and customer success. You will handle the technical implementation of Linro’s real-time cloud security platform, ensuring smooth integration into client environments from initial setup to ongoing maintenance. This role focuses on engineering delivery rather than sales, allowing you to shape the product through direct feedback from live deployments.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end customer onboarding and cloud account connections
- Deploy sensors and achieve first blocked change quickly
- Write and tune SQL-based policies for compliance frameworks
- Integrate guardrails into Terraform, CI/CD, and AI coding agents
- Monitor production systems and resolve incidents or bugs
- Provide structured feedback to product and engineering teams
- Create reusable playbooks for future customer deployments
What you'll need
- 5+ years in customer-facing technical delivery or SRE roles
- Hands-on experience with major cloud providers and networking
- Proficiency in Go or Python for integrations and tooling
- Strong skills in SQL, APIs, and reading Go services
- Daily use of AI coding agents like Claude Code or Cursor
- Experience with MCP and restricted network environments
- Fluent English and ability to explain technical trade-offs
- Willingness to travel to Europe and US customers occasionally
Nice to have
- Experience mapping compliance frameworks to concrete controls
- Knowledge of policy-as-code tools like OPA/Rego or Sentinel
- Familiarity with CSPM tooling and security standards
