The company is a consultancy working exclusively with Anthropic to help enterprises adopt AI-native business practices. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will embed with customer teams to guide them from initial demos to production-ready AI solutions. You will redesign software development lifecycles and co-build agentic applications on the Claude developer platform.
What you'll do
- Lead Claude Code Labs and customer workshops
- Guide teams from beginner to power user status
- Codify deployment patterns for internal methodology
