The company is a consultancy working exclusively with Anthropic to help enterprises build AI-native businesses. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will embed with customer teams to guide them from initial demos to production-ready AI solutions. You will focus on engineering transformations, co-building agentic applications, and modernizing legacy systems on the Claude developer platform.
What you'll do
- Lead Claude Code Labs and customer workshops to upskill teams
- Guide customers from beginner to power user status on AI tools
- Codify deployment patterns and provide feedback to product teams
