Join ElevenLabs as a Forward Deployed Engineer to design and implement technical solutions for high-stakes client projects. You will work directly with customer engineers and executives to integrate AI voice and chat agents, taking ownership of complex challenges from architecture to deployment.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end execution of major projects for strategic partners
- Collaborate daily with customer engineering and executive teams
- Design technical architectures and build full-scale integrations
- Solve complex technical problems to drive client innovation
- Ensure optimal use of ElevenLabs technologies by clients
What you'll need
- Proficiency in Python and strong software development knowledge
- Deep understanding of software architecture and API integration
- Experience working with customers in a technical capacity
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish required
- Understanding of Mexican regional and cultural nuances
- Willingness to travel regularly for customer onsites
