What you'll do
- Build and evolve end-to-end product features across backend, frontend, and APIs
- Partner with Product and Design to deliver simple and intuitive user experiences
- Translate customer needs into technical solutions that scale effectively
- Make principled trade-offs between development speed, quality, and maintainability
- Own features in production, focusing on iteration, reliability, and improvement
- Contribute to shared engineering standards, tooling, and best practices
What you'll need
- Experience building full stack product features in a modern web environment
- Comfortable working across backend, frontend, and API layers
- Strong product intuition and care for the purpose behind what is built
- Ownership mindset regarding features deployed to production
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to continuously improve technical craft
Nice to have
- Experience with Python and Django
- Experience with TypeScript and React
- Familiarity with AWS infrastructure
- Previous work in fintech products
