Join the Productions team at ElevenLabs to build the systems that combine AI audio tools with human expertise. You will develop platforms for data labeling, production workflows, or professional editing tools used by media businesses and creators globally.
This position focuses on creating reliable infrastructure and high-quality internal tools rather than consumer-facing features. You will own your scope, shipping end-to-end solutions in a high-velocity, autonomous team.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain the core backend engine for production workflows
- Develop labelling and evaluation platforms for research teams
- Create professional editing tools using Rust and UI systems
- Improve reliability and metrics for data pipelines
- Own project outcomes with minimal supervision
What you'll need
- Strong backend engineering experience with full-stack capabilities
- Proficiency in functional programming languages, ideally Rust
- Experience shipping and running production systems end-to-end
- Ability to design scalable internal platforms and workflow engines
- Comfortable switching between new feature development and platform hardening
Nice to have
- Experience building editor or UI-heavy professional tools
- Systems-level understanding of underlying infrastructure
- Background in data labelling or annotation platforms
- Experience managing crowdsourced workforces
