As a Product Engineer at Langfuse, you will own features from initial user research to final deployment and documentation. You will work on an open-source platform with significant community traction, serving developers who build LLM applications.
The role requires versatility across the entire technology stack, from frontend interfaces to backend data processing and SDK development. You will engage directly with users to shape product direction and solve complex engineering challenges.
What you'll do
- Own features end-to-end from user interviews to shipping code and docs
- Write public documentation and changelog posts for released features
- Work across the full stack including frontend, backend, and SDKs
- Engage with users via calls and community channels to gather feedback
- Present new features to the community during Launch Weeks
What you'll need
- Experience building and shipping user-facing products end-to-end
- Proficiency in TypeScript and React for frontend development
- Exposure to data-intensive backends and analytics databases
- Ability to manage projects and define product conviction independently
- Strong focus on API design, UI details, and developer experience
- Genuine interest in open source and talking to developers
Nice to have
- Experience with ClickHouse or complex data visualizations
- Background as a founder or in early-stage startups
- Contributions to popular open source projects
- Familiarity with ML/AI frameworks and the LLM ecosystem
- Computer Science or quantitative degree
