What you'll do
- Design and deploy full-stack solutions for government partners
- Collaborate with delivery leads and UX designers on deployments
- Translate customer requirements into technical architectures
- Advise partners on open identity standards and privacy practices
- Build backend services and web or mobile applications
- Contribute to Rust codebases across various environments
- Manage customer deployments and provide post-launch support
What you'll need
- 2+ years building backend systems in statically typed languages
- Experience with Rust, Go, C#, or Java
- Strong background in modern web frontends like React or TypeScript
- Ability to lead cross-functional engineering efforts
- Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud infrastructure
- Excellent communication skills for direct customer interaction
- Must be based in the United States
Nice to have
- Experience with digital identity, cryptography, or blockchain
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, GraphQL, or RESTful APIs
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Terraform automation
- Exposure to mobile app development via React Native or Flutter
- Background in security engineering or PKI systems
- Prior work in public sector or high-compliance environments
- Contributions to open-source projects or standards bodies
