TELUS Digital seeks a Senior Manager to provide architecture leadership for client initiatives. You will guide technical design during pre-sales and lead discovery projects, acting as a subject matter expert in specific technology verticals while supporting delivery teams.
What you'll do
- Lead scoping and technical design during the pre-sale process
- Speak with prospective clients about engineering capabilities
- Drive technical architecture and discovery for new client projects
- Own a technology vertical including solution design and platform selection
- Provide architectural guidance to existing project teams as needed
What you'll need
- Expertise in front-end, back-end, or cloud technologies
- Experience delivering software in an agency or client-service environment
- Ability to handle commercial conversations regarding budgets and fees
- Skilled in software estimation and building project plans under constraints
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfortable working in both pre-sale and post-sale environments
Nice to have
- Experience with CCaaS technologies like Amazon Connect or Zendesk
- Knowledge of Cloud Data Platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake
- Proficiency with cloud-native AI/ML platforms like AWS Bedrock
- Understanding of MLOps principles and CI/CD for machine learning
- Familiarity with Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration
