You will own implementation projects from scoping to go-live, configuring integrations between an AI-driven platform and systems like Figma, Slack, and Adobe. The position requires leveraging AI-enabled development tools to accelerate automation, debugging, and operational tasks while ensuring secure and scalable solutions.
Working independently, you will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and agency stakeholders to deliver tailored onboarding solutions. The role also involves mentoring junior engineers and contributing to technical documentation and repeatable implementation playbooks.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end implementation workstreams from planning to go-live
- Build integrations with tools like Figma, Slack, Teams, and Adobe
- Evaluate data mappings and technical trade-offs for clients
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and agency stakeholders
- Leverage AI tools for engineering, automation, and debugging
- Orchestrate multi-step AI and agent-driven workflows
- Harden AI-assisted outputs for security and scalability
- Mentor junior implementation engineers and create documentation
What you'll need
- 2-5 years in implementation or solutions engineering
- Experience with APIs, data systems, and cloud architectures
- Ability to deliver complex technical implementations independently
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
- Experience using AI-enabled development tools and workflows
- Knowledge of orchestrating AI or agent-driven workflows
- Familiarity with automated evaluation and feedback loops
