Join GC AI as a technical cornerstone for their legal intelligence platform, serving over 2,100 companies. You will define AI strategy, build complex reasoning systems, and work directly with leadership to transform legal workflows through advanced LLM implementation.
What you'll do
- Architect core AI and LLM infrastructure from concept to production
- Design systems for complex legal reasoning and document analysis
- Lead evaluation and integration of new LLM capabilities
- Establish best practices for AI development reliability
- Build frameworks for rapid prototyping and feature validation
- Mentor growing team of AI engineers
- Shape technical strategy alongside senior leadership
What you'll need
- 5+ years software engineering experience
- 2+ years focused specifically on AI systems
- Deep expertise in LLM implementation and optimization
- Track record of building production AI systems at scale
- Experience with modern AI frameworks and tools
- Strong foundation in TypeScript and software architecture
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent hands-on experience
Nice to have
- Experience with RAG systems and LLM evaluation
- Familiarity with legal domain or text processing
- Track record of technical publications or open source
- Experience with multi-agent AI systems
