Join the team behind Alti, an AI agent product launched to automate financial operations for service businesses. You will work in a small squad to scale automated routines, integrate LLMs, and enhance observability for AI-driven features.
What you'll do
- Build end-to-end product features including conversational AI and agents
- Design and optimize RAG pipelines and prompt strategies
- Create evaluation pipelines to measure LLM quality and detect regressions
- Implement monitoring and observability for prompts, models, and usage
- Deploy ML models to production with continuous feedback loops
- Collaborate with Product and Design to solve customer problems with AI
What you'll need
- Solid experience shipping software product features
- Hands-on AI product work in the last 12 months using LLMs or agents
- Experience with chatbots, RAG, or LLM evaluation pipelines
- Proficiency in Go, TypeScript/JavaScript, or Python
- Product mindset focused on user delivery rather than just models
- Comfortable owning multiple parts of the delivery chain
- Professional working proficiency in English
Nice to have
- Experience with prompt engineering
- Familiarity with AI monitoring and observability tooling
- Background building autonomous agents for Slack, Teams, or WhatsApp
- Experience putting predictive ML models into production
- Previous work in fintech, payments, or financial products
- Experience at an early-stage startup from Seed to Series B
