As a Principal Forward Deployed Engineer, you will work side-by-side with customer engineering teams to design, build, and ship solutions from prototype to production. You will leverage the company products and agentic AI technologies to address specific business problems, ensuring secure and governed adoption.
This role requires deep technical expertise in containers and LLMs, combined with the ability to lead technical engagements and mentor other engineers. You will bridge the gap between customer needs and the company’s product development, turning field insights into reusable patterns and new features.
What you'll do
- Embed with customer teams to design and ship solutions from prototype to production
- Build custom MCP servers and the company Compose definitions for AI agents
- Integrate the company AI platform with customer identity, secrets, and Kubernetes stacks
