As a Principal Frontend Engineer, you will drive the long-term technical strategy for frontend engineering. You will partner with leadership across product, design, and backend teams to ensure systems remain fast and scalable.
This hands-on leadership position requires balancing strategic architectural decisions with implementation. You will solve complex cross-team challenges and mentor senior engineers while shaping engineering culture.
What you'll do
- Define frontend architecture strategy across product areas
- Design scalable systems using Angular and React
- Solve cross-team challenges in performance and state management
- Partner with backend teams on end-to-end architecture
- Mentor senior and staff engineers
- Raise quality and testing standards across the organization
- Influence roadmap decisions through technical judgment
What you'll need
- 10+ years of frontend engineering experience
- Expertise in Angular, React, and TypeScript
- Deep knowledge of RxJS and NgRx or similar tools
- Proven track record architecting large-scale web apps
- Experience driving technical strategy across multiple teams
- Strong mentoring background and communication skills
- Ability to balance speed with long-term architecture
