Join ClickUp as a Staff Frontend Engineer to drive the architecture and development of major frontend systems. You will solve complex technical challenges, improve engineering velocity, and shape the direction of the frontend landscape while working in an AI-first culture.
What you'll do
- Lead development of complex features using Angular and React
- Architect scalable and reusable frontend patterns
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality UX
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and scalability risks
- Drive best practices in testing, observability, and code quality
- Mentor engineers and elevate frontend craftsmanship across teams
- Own delivery for large initiatives balancing immediate and long-term needs
What you'll need
- 7+ years of frontend engineering experience
- Deep expertise in Angular and React ecosystems
- Strong command of TypeScript, RxJS, and NgRx
- Experience building reusable component systems at scale
- Deep knowledge of performance optimization and debugging
- Proven success leading major technical initiatives
- Strong mentorship skills and ability to level up peers
- Experience with Jest, Vitest, Playwright or similar testing tools
