You will drive technical and product strategy for an AI assistant that automates workflows for insurance brokers. Working with Product, Design, and Data teams, you will define problems and deliver incremental solutions using emerging LLM techniques.
The position requires building intuitive tools for complex insurance data while contributing to a flexible, accountable engineering culture. You will collaborate with distributed teammates across the United States.
What you'll do
- Own and deliver features using React and Node.js
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define product problems
- Build AI-driven agentic solutions for insurance experts
- Model complex insurance data for user-friendly decision tools
- Validate solutions with users through iterative testing
What you'll need
- Strong experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js
- Proven history of shipping production code
- Track record of influencing product direction via engineering
- Familiarity with or interest in applied AI and LLMs
- Ability to work across the full product lifecycle
- Willingness to travel occasionally to Austin or offsites
