You will join Base360.ai, a platform born from a successful short-term rental operator, to help property managers automate their workflows. Working closely with founders and designers, you will own the entire product journey, turning customer friction into intuitive software solutions.
Your work will span customer-facing features, operational dashboards, and AI-powered agents. You will connect various systems like reservations, payments, and cleaning schedules to help operators scale efficiently without increasing manual workload.
What you'll do
- Identify customer pain points by working directly with property managers and internal teams
- Build features end-to-end from prototype through frontend, backend, testing, and deployment
- Design intuitive interfaces that simplify complex rental operations for users
- Create event-driven workflows to automate repetitive tasks like cleaning scheduling
- Develop AI-powered features using LLMs for guest communication and maintenance triage
- Build reliable APIs and integrations with platforms like Airbnb, Stripe, and Twilio
- Solve operational challenges such as real-time sync, dynamic pricing, and smart lock access
- Measure feature success using customer feedback, adoption rates, and operational metrics
What you'll need
- Strong experience building and shipping production software applications
- Ability to work effectively across both frontend and backend systems
- Proficiency with React, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI, or similar technologies
- Solid understanding of APIs, databases, integrations, and cloud architecture
- Product mindset with curiosity about user needs and feature justification
- Good judgment regarding usability, scope, and technical trade-offs
- Capability to turn ambiguous problems into practical, working solutions
- Confidence in collaborating directly with customers, designers, and founders
- Self-starter who can work independently and take ownership of outcomes
Nice to have
- Experience in short-term rentals, hospitality tech, or property management
- Background with multi-tenant SaaS platforms or marketplace businesses
- Knowledge of AI agents, workflow automation, and event-driven architectures
- Familiarity with product analytics, experimentation, and Supabase
- Experience with AWS serverless infrastructure and booking channel integrations
