You will shape and scale the Base360.ai platform by connecting user interfaces with backend systems for reservations, cleaning, and payments. Working closely with founders and operators, you will turn ambiguous customer problems into intuitive, reliable software solutions that automate manual work.
What you'll do
- Identify friction points by working directly with property managers and internal teams
- Build features end-to-end from prototype through frontend, backend, and deployment
- Design intuitive interfaces for complex short-term rental operational workflows
- Develop event-driven automations to eliminate repetitive administrative tasks
- Implement AI-powered features using LLMs for guest communication and support
- Create reliable APIs and integrations with platforms like Airbnb and Stripe
- Evaluate shipped features using customer feedback and product usage data
What you'll need
- Strong experience building and shipping production software products
- Ability to work effectively across both frontend and backend systems
- Proficiency with React, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI, or similar technologies
- Solid understanding of APIs, databases, integrations, and cloud architecture
- Product mindset with curiosity about user needs and feature justification
- Capability to turn ambiguous problems into practical, working solutions
- Confidence working directly with customers, designers, and founders
Nice to have
- Experience in short-term rentals, hospitality tech, or property management
- Background with multi-tenant SaaS platforms or marketplace businesses
- Familiarity with AI agents, workflow automation, and event-driven architectures
- Knowledge of Supabase and AWS serverless infrastructure
- Experience with product analytics and experimentation methods
