You will own client projects from initial scoping through final delivery on NewtonX's data operations platform. Acting as the primary point of contact, you ensure high-quality outcomes for complex agentic-workflow evaluations and expert-generated datasets.
Joining an early-stage Delivery team, you will help define processes and quality standards while working closely with ML, product, and commercial leaders. This position offers direct exposure to executive leadership and the chance to shape a new business unit.
What you'll do
- Translate client needs into concrete statements of work and task designs
- Configure multi-layer quality pipelines and annotator routing on the platform
- Monitor project performance metrics and diagnose issues before they escalate
- Manage annotator pools including assignment, qualification, and calibration
- Serve as the main client contact for updates, escalations, and delivery
- Codify successful strategies into repeatable playbooks and templates
- Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to improve platform tools
What you'll need
- Three plus years in data labeling, RLHF, or AI evaluation delivery
- Experience shipping annotation projects at specialized data companies or AI labs
- Strong operational skills for managing quality metrics and debugging workflows
- Ability to lead technical scoping calls and manage client expectations
- Valid work authorization for the United States or Canada
- Comfortable building processes from scratch in a fast-paced environment
- Strict adherence to data security and confidentiality standards
Nice to have
- Data analysis skills using SQL or Python
- Experience with agentic workflow evaluations
