You will join a collective of senior engineers building greenfield backend services that react to player activity at scale. The team focuses on creating resilient, low-latency systems for engagement, personalization, and platform integrity across Web3, AI, and iGaming products.
Your work will involve designing distributed services that integrate with payments, game providers, and internal data platforms. You will collaborate with product and infrastructure teams to ensure scalability, fault tolerance, and data correctness in a cloud-native environment.
What you'll do
- Design and build distributed backend services for a multi-tenant platform
- Develop core features for player engagement and platform integrity
- Process high-volume player activity streams and integrate with third-party tools
- Collaborate with product, frontend, and data teams on end-to-end systems
- Drive architectural decisions and ensure system scalability and fault tolerance
- Maintain clean, testable, and well-documented Go code
What you'll need
- 6+ years of backend development experience with high-throughput systems
- Strong proficiency in Go as a primary backend language
- Experience with gRPC and RESTful APIs
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and microservices
- Comfortable working in cloud-native environments
- Commitment to software reliability, observability, and security best practices
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
Nice to have
- Experience with rules engines or real-time decisioning systems
- Background in fintech, gaming, or high-traffic consumer products
- Familiarity with event-driven systems, Kafka, or message queues
- Prior experience designing APIs for multi-tenant or white-label products
