Join Docebo as a Senior Cloud Engineer to support the infrastructure behind an AI-powered learning platform used by organizations globally. You will design scalable AWS environments, automate deployment workflows, and ensure high availability for millions of learners.
The team focuses on platform engineering, security compliance, and observability. You will collaborate with product engineers to streamline service launches and optimize system performance using modern DevOps practices.
What you'll do
- Architect and evolve AWS cloud infrastructure for high availability and scale
- Design self-service Infrastructure-as-Code templates to reduce manual work
- Maintain FedRAMP-compliant configurations and streamline security patching
- Collaborate with engineering teams on service launches and incident response
- Monitor platform performance and cost-efficiency using Datadog
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
What you'll need
- 4–8 years of experience in cloud systems or platform engineering
- Proven expertise managing production-grade AWS infrastructure
- Advanced skills with IaC tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK
- Proficiency with Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes/EKS
- Experience with Datadog or similar observability platforms
- Strong scripting abilities in Python, Bash, or Go
Nice to have
- Experience maintaining FedRAMP-regulated cloud environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
