This position establishes enterprise-wide data standards, a data catalog, and a business ontology to ensure consistent definitions across Finance, Engineering, and Data Science. You will work directly in Snowflake and with stakeholders to create a single source of truth for healthcare revenue data.
Reporting to the SVP of AI, Data & Data Science, you serve as the senior technical authority on data governance. This is an individual contributor role focused on architecture, modeling, and cross-functional alignment rather than team building.
What you'll do
- Design and drive adoption of enterprise data standards including naming conventions and quality rules
- Select and implement a data catalog to make assets discoverable with clear ownership
- Develop a shared ontology and data dictionary reconciling definitions across departments
