Lead the engineering team responsible for Temporal's observability strategy, covering both internal operational telemetry and external product features. You will manage the ingestion, storage, and visualization of high-cardinality data across a multi-cloud fleet while ensuring reliability and cost efficiency.
This leadership role requires balancing technical roadmap delivery with people management. You will guide engineers in building robust monitoring solutions that support AI-native companies and other large-scale users of the Temporal platform.

- Own the technical roadmap for observability, balancing reliability, customer needs, and cost
