Join Axelera AI as a technical expert for customers in India, helping them evaluate and deploy the Metis AI Platform. You will work closely with R&D teams across Europe and India to ensure seamless support for hardware including PCIe boards and vision gateways.
The role requires hands-on experience with the Voyager SDK to deploy AI models and pipelines. You will act as the primary technical contact, resolving issues and guiding adoption while contributing to product improvements through customer feedback.
What you'll do
- Serve as technical expert for customers in India regarding the AI platform
- Resolve technical inquiries and coordinate with R&D when needed
- Guide customers through evaluation and deployment of hardware
- Use Voyager SDK to deploy AI models and pipelines on platforms
- Support Sales in expanding accounts and identifying new customers
- Gather customer feedback and relay it to Product Management
- Assist in creating clear and instructive product documentation
- Collaborate with Marketing on product launches and evangelism
What you'll need
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 3+ years in semiconductor or AI industry in customer-facing roles
- Programming experience in Python, C/C++, OpenCL or CUDA
- Experience with high-level ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Solid understanding of embedded systems and hardware
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel to company sites over 30% of the time
