Join a technology services company as a Forward Deployed Engineer, acting as the technical face of the organization on client sites. You will translate complex business needs into scalable AI applications, embedding with customer teams to ensure successful delivery of generative AI and automation projects.
What you'll do
- Partner with client stakeholders to define requirements and business objectives
- Lead technical design and implementation of custom AI systems and data pipelines
- Rapidly prototype and iterate solutions in live client environments
- Integrate LLMs and generative models into existing client products
- Advise client teams on AI/ML best practices and infrastructure decisions
- Deliver workshops and documentation to enable long-term client success
What you'll need
- At least 2 years of software engineering experience in full-stack or backend roles
- Hands-on experience delivering real-world ML or AI projects
- Strong programming skills with Python required
- Comfortable using modern cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Experience with CI/CD workflows and deployment infrastructure
- Excellent communication skills for direct client interaction
Nice to have
- Experience with LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Cohere
- Familiarity with vector search and prompt engineering techniques
- Prior background in consulting or customer-facing technical roles
- Knowledge of MLOps tools like MLflow, Weights & Biases, or SageMaker
- Understanding of enterprise security and data privacy constraints
